To Save Their Taste Buds
In to save their taste buds you are a mom and your kid forgot their lunch again, you have to travel though the city solving puzzles to get to your kid's school before lunch. you have to bring boxes to big buttons and press some small buttons to get though doors, This game was made as part of the hidden hero's game jam in 2023.
What did I do?
This was a project between one of my friends and I and we split up the work with them doing art, me working on programming and working together on level design.
What did I learn?
This was the first game I did for a game jam, So I learned how working on games in a short time period can be hard but very rewarding, going into the first game jam with only one other person working on the game with me was a weird decision that we made but i feel like the effort was worth it. But other than that I learned how to make platforms that you can jump though and learned how to make fun puzzles that if get too frustrating you can skip.
